These terms govern your use of InkProof, a free Canva app for print preflight checking. By using InkProof, you agree to these terms.
InkProof analyzes your Canva designs for common print production issues, including:
InkProof provides guidance to help you identify potential print issues. It does not guarantee print quality. Results are informational and based on general print industry guidelines. Actual print output depends on many factors outside InkProof's control, including your printer's equipment, paper stock, ink type, and print settings.
InkProof is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for verifying your designs meet your printer's specific requirements before sending files to production.
InkProof may add temporary overlay elements (colored rectangles) to your design when you enable the safe zone visualization. These overlays:
InkProof will never delete or permanently alter any existing elements in your design.
InkProof does not collect, store, or transmit any data. All analysis runs locally in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
InkProof is currently provided free of charge. This may change in the future, but any existing free functionality will not be retroactively charged for.
InkProof is an independent third-party app built on Canva's Apps SDK. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva Pty Ltd. "Canva" is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of InkProof after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
